The privy mark is just to the right of Walking Liberty with a “V75” inscription inside. The privy mark itself is shaped like the Rainbow Pool in Washington DC.
The Rainbow Pool has been a fixture on the National Mall in Washington DC for decades, but was more recently integrated into a World War II memorial. When the WWII Memorial was built on the National Mall in 2001, it incorporated the Rainbow Pool.
